Great hiking, skiing, and biking - 10/5/2009
Summit county is Colorado's playground. The hiking trails are superb and great variety from easy to difficult. The weather is wonderful in the summer with cobalt blue skies almost every day and low humidity. The record high is 86 degrees. There are 50 miles of paved bike trails. The skiing is world renowned with both Nordic centers and Alpine ski areas. I like Frisco the best as it is centrally located but it was not a city to choose so i chose Breckenridge as the choice.
