Bailey, Colorado (zip code 80421) is a small town located in the mountains of Park County. With a population of just over 8,000, Bailey offers a quiet and scenic escape from city life. However, living in this particular place comes with its own set of pros and cons, as seen in numerous user reviews on BestPlaces.net.

Summarized Reviews:

1. "Bailey is a beautiful place to live, surrounded by nature and friendly people. My family and I have lived here for over 10 years and have no plans of leaving. The only downside is the lack of job opportunities, so be prepared to commute for work." - Sarah J.

2. "I moved to Bailey a few years ago and it's been a great decision. The community is tight-knit and there's always something to do outdoors. The only downside is the harsh winters and limited shopping options." - Mark R.

3. "Living in Bailey is like living in a postcard. The views are breathtaking and the people are so welcoming. However, the cost of living here is quite high and the nearest big city is over an hour away." - Rachel K.

4. "Bailey is a quiet and peaceful place, perfect for retirement. The only issue is the lack of amenities and services, but that's a trade-off for the tranquil lifestyle. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else." - John D.

Speaking of 285. You’ll run into some very aggressive drivers. Too many accidents on this road regardless of time of year. This highway is so infamous for fatalities, a few locals have “pray for me I drive 285” bumper stickers on their cars. Winters Read More
