"I've been living in 30308 for a few years now and I have to say, I'm disappointed. The traffic is terrible, the noise from nearby construction is constant, and the crime rate seems to be increasing. I'm considering moving out of this area soon."

O4W is crime ridden due. - 3/11/2017
Our community is crime and drug ridden due in large part to the Pine Street Shelter. Although the shelter property was sold in 2015, Anita Beatty continues to file injunctions through the court system (at tax payers costs!) to try and delay the process. Mayor Reed has yet to move forward in officially closing the shelter. Until the shelter closes and the new firehouse and police precinct are built, we will continue to experience a very high rate of crime in our community.
